After screaming and waiting to see if somebody was there, we finally found someone, the front desk was unstaffed from at least half an hour. After several phone calls, the night guard moved us to another room. After 1AM we were finally in a warm room. No apology, no gesture. We are grateful to the night guard who went out of his way and spent a long time on the phone with management to find us an equivalent room.
