Analiz sonucunda etik liderlik davranışlarının KSS üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif yönde bir etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Abstract: Ethical leaders are social and humanitarian leaders. Their practices are concrete and ethical, and they are fair and honest in their decisions, moral qualities. They are aware of their social responsibilities while their organizations are growing in a sustainable manner. Corporate Social Responsibility CSR is the ethical and responsible behavior of the enterprise to its internal and external stakeholders. This study was conducted to determine the effect of ethical leadership on the employees' perception of CSR. The research has been conducted in the 3rd Organized Industrial Zone in Konya. It has been hoped that the research will fill the deficiency in the literature. The population of the study was people working in five different enterprises. The questionnaire included 10 questions of ethical leadership perception scale and 17 questions of CSR scale.
